These terms describe the current early-access website and invited learning experience. Joining the list is free and does not create a paid subscription.
Invitations and availability
Access opens in waves. The subject directory describes planned coverage. An invitation will explain which subjects and tools are available; joining the list does not guarantee a place, launch date or access to every subject. CSEC is the initial focus, with CAPE planned later.
Free plan
Invited student accounts start on a free plan with the first modules of every subject open and daily limits on practice and the AI tutor. The free plan needs no card, has no time limit and never becomes a paid subscription on its own.
Paid access
Premium is described on the pricing page in US dollars. Before any purchase, you will be shown the price and currency, included access, renewal schedule and cancellation terms, and you must actively approve a payment. You can cancel renewal at any time and keep the access you have paid for. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of paying. This website does not take payments, and joining the list does not authorise a charge. Course availability and limits can change; the plan limits shown at checkout apply to your purchase.
Using your account
Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use the service for legitimate learning. Do not upload material you lack permission to use, share another person’s private information, attempt to access someone else’s account or interfere with the service. If you are under 16, involve a parent or guardian before joining.
Learning materials and feedback
Tropic Tutor provides original learning material and study support. Automated explanations and marking can be imperfect. Check uncertain answers with your teacher and follow official instructions for your subject and examination sitting. Progress indicators and practice scores do not guarantee an exam grade.
Early-access changes and support
Tools and content can change during early access. Contact hello@tropictutor.com to report an issue or ask about your access. Do not include passwords or payment-card details in support messages.
Privacy and independence
Our Privacy Policy describes how the service handles your information. Tropic Tutor is independent of the Caribbean Examinations Council. CXC®, CSEC® and CAPE® are their registered trademarks. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
