Study planning
A revision routine you can actually keep
Start with the time you have, one clear task, and a way to decide what comes next.
Start with your real week
Put school, travel, meals, and rest into your week first. Then choose study sessions that fit around them. A small session you can repeat is more useful as a plan than a full timetable you cannot follow.
Give each session one finish line
Replace “study Biology” with a concrete task: explain how substances move across a cell membrane, then answer three questions without notes. Choose a task small enough to finish in the time available.
Separate new learning from recall
Use part of the session to understand a topic. Then close the lesson and try a question or explain the idea from memory. Write down what you needed help with, so the next session has a clear starting point.
Leave room to adjust
At the end of the week, look at what you completed and where you got stuck. Move unfinished tasks into realistic spaces. Ask a teacher for help when the same gap keeps appearing.
